Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because our products are ingestible and consumable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ewellnessapothecary@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
